    Pros

    Wages paid in time, good communication between outsourcers and management

    Cons

    Salary is slips across a bunch of special benefit packages etc, and should be much higher. It’s outsourcing and everything that comes with it.

    I have been working at BOLD by Devoteam full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Friendly work environment (may vary if allocated to a client) - Fast-growing company investing in a lot of different technology fields - The payments are processed normally

    Cons

    - Poor communication between management and developing teams - Poor communication between some units inside the company - As long as you're allocated to a client/role/position, your actual long-term goals will hardly matter - Internal segmentation - Lacks transparency in terms of what is really going on at a given time

    Advice to Management

    Keep up with the growth and investment in different technologies and projects, but improve the internal company's communication and get everyone more involved and up to date on the information relevant to each person. Managers should empower the developers and their work and actively work to make it so. Take better care of the employees.

    Few cool projects, not many. There are more People than managers, so that is ok. It could be more terrible than this.

    Cons

    Bad managers, poor managers, weak managers, low iq managers. They are the company mirror. The only job they have is playing games with employees.

    Uma consultoria como outra qualquer Poderia ser pior.

    Cons

    Eles largam os funcionários nos clientes e esquecem que existem, trazem pessoas de fora do país para prenderem elas num contrato com uma multa absurda e não dão suporte quase nenhum para a pessoa.
