    Pros

    - very good on your CV (because a lot of employers appreciate volunteering experiences)
    - rewarding feeling when you have helped kids and motivated them in some way.
    -just for 8 weeks!

    Cons

    - unpaid but really this is more of an experience.

I worked at BP full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Nice office, shame about the management that inhabit it! I'd have given it zero starts but can't! The only good thing is the plush office. Even the CMMS system is a BP lashup job as a stop gap before they move on to a proper one!

    Cons

Money is poor compare to peers, management lurch from one great idea to the next (driven by those above changing their "strategic priorities" on a whim!).
Management that have more faces than a town hall clock and have absolutely no idea how to lead!
All in all, it's a big name with a poor attitude!

    Advice to Management

Wise up! Your staff are demoralised and your constant goal shifting only makes this worse.
Once you've finally realised how much money you waste on stupid ideas and initiatives, formulate a strategic objective and STICK WITH IT!
Moving the goal posts of people's roles 6-10 times in the first year a role is in the organisation is extremely poor management!
