    responds more slowly to market than smaller O&G companies. Compensation during upswings is less than industry.

    Don't let Exxon buy you out.

    Pros

    Management is very polished and fostered transparent communications. Great place that encourages you to network and support one another.Highest salaries, scholarships available to employees and their kids, company sponsors multicultural networks. Having medical, dental, vision and pharmacy next door was a plus to me. Overall a great company to work for.
