I have been working at BPA International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great team, good working atmosphere, multicultural office, modern building

    Cons

Feels like working for the secret service at times which puts a lot of pressure on the employees.

    Advice to Management

Please mention the big keep it secret-deal about one of the clients before you hire people. Not everyone can handle it!!!

I have been working at BPA International full-time

    Pros

There seriously are none, it is that bad.

    Cons

Pretty much everything, from a toxic, dirty, run down work environment, to severe favoritism, childish game playing, racial division, inexcusably poor supervisors and management, this place is a toilet. The pay is crap, there is zero room for advancement, you are a metric number sitting in a chair, getting fat and being poisoned by the work environment, and have to sign out to go to the bathroom. There are no benefits, PTO is 5 days a year which they can and do regularly take away from you. Work here at your own risk. No, and I mean, no culture or values, other than to use people for their hard work and treat everyone worth a salt lick like unprofessional children, or better yet, prisoners (it feels like being in jail, and is as depressing).

    Advice to Management

Get a clue, you need some serious, serious improvement and work, you are a terribly run company, with one major client, you really need to get your heads out of your behinds. Your attrition and retention rates have got to the very worst in any industry. Your company is a joke, I hope it tanks soon.

    Pros

    The friends you will make.

    Cons

The HR department that constantly messing up. The receptionist who is never at her desk. If you are only a English speaker you are regarded less than from your forgien speaking counterparts. No chance of advancement or a raise.

    Advice to Management

    Make the environment inviting

    Pros

    -Flexibility [slowly disappearing]
    -Easy work
-Pay could be better but not bad for the type of work required

    Cons

There’s not enough time in the day to list them all
-Management needs a communication 101 course
    -HR is a joke
    -No holidays
    - No Short Term Disability until 3 years
    -Absolutely NO benefits/perks
-...pretty much everything else you can think of

    Advice to Management

You’re going to continue to lose your best employees because you do not value them. Stop making up BS excuses when asked questions. C O M M U N I C A T I O N is KEY!! Listen to your employees or you’ll look up and the ones left will be the lazy ones who have no other options.

    Pros

Open door policy with HR and managers
    Flexible shift and schedule
    Great employees
    Balance school and work
    One hour meal break

    Cons

    PTO needs improvement
    Benefits needs improvement
Supervisors not consistent with their practices
Supervisors are not hired within so the employees have more knowledge than they do

    Advice to Management

One company, two different production floors, two different cultures. The management team seems to be different on both sides. HR side is very quite, while the other side is the opposite. Management needs to pay for performance, give incentives and bonuses and raised. This company has a lot of potential.

I worked at BPA International full-time

    Pros

The job wasn't hard and the people I worked with were all nice and helpful. Other analyst would help when I was new on different tips to help with scoring the calls.

    Cons

The pay is set, no matter the prior experiences, and people that were there longer than me were still making the same pay. management spoke too loudly for the layout of the office. Open floor plan and loud voices and personal/confidential conversations. The client's account I was on ended and it came across as if they panicked, they let people go within days of the client saying they were ending their contract.

    Advice to Management

Instead of gossiping all day, see what it is that you can do you help keep your clients on. Try meeting with your different account teams and status with them and see what inside information they have.

    Advice to Management

What do you do when the manager responsible for dealing harassment issues is doing the harassment? When you have all these male celebrities getting called for harassment but when women harass its ok?
