I have been working at BR Guest Hospitality full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You can easily grow wihtin this company if you work hard and show initiative. Slacking off will get you nowhere pretty quickly

    Cons

Alot of times your hard work and long hours are taken for granted. Some restaurants are easier to work with than others.

    Advice to Management

Take feedback and comments from the staff seriously. Some things that are old school still works, however some things can be freshened up!

I worked at BR Guest Hospitality full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a corporate environment so everyone is always respected, benefits are available for everyone and open door policy through out.

    Cons

Again, it's a corporate environment so you might be a number in the machine and not really have much saying in anything.

    Advice to Management

Just be respectful of your employees.

I worked at BR Guest Hospitality (Less than a year)

    Pros

    None that I can remember

    Cons

Let's put it this way, I got a job as a receiver and when I left in less than a few months I found out I was the 4th guy doing this job in a year. That pretty much sums it up. Head Chef scolded me because when my 14hr day was done I didn't ask him if it was OK if I left, though I did inform the sous chef I was leaving and he was fine with it.

    Advice to Management

I can give them no advice they would listen to because they make money and that is all they care about
