    Pros

    Local bank but multinational atmosphere.

    Cons

    Poor slary and dissatisfied workforce.

    Advice to Management

    Management should reveiw slalary.

    Good learning place, less bureaucratic

    Cons

    Poor compensation, employee size is too big compare to the market cap

    Pros

    This bank is growing on day by day by development site because of its meritorious clients. Once upon a time it must be developed.

    Cons

    The economic growth of bank is too much higher point. As a result client of this bank is too much interest for job in here.

    Advice to Management

    I am giving to assurance that I will keep to relate very approchmently. Please help me to urgent time.

    Pros

    Well organized functional teams and very friendly and welcoming employees. The work hours are standard are working beyond office hours is not very common.

    Cons

    Employee compensation is much lower compared to industry average, and scope of work is not very wide.

    Pros

    best technology, vast work place, rich manpower, exploration of expertise and knowledge, challenge oriented.

    Cons

    office polities, personal authority, non-professionalism, right people is not in right place, job is not stable, delegation power is not properly delegated.

    Advice to Management

    each year more people recruit than other banks and more than recruitment more people asked to leave the bank and their career is near to destroy with their family, most of the official job, decision, action is takes by superior which very harmful for bank in all respects and its create bad impact on social, financial sector of country.

    Great place to learn, work environment is good

    poor salary, lack of knowledge in top level

    Advice to Management

    Increase salary to retain talents. Also get rid of pool of former SCB people. They are not worthy of holding such titles as VP and above. Give the hard workers from below a chance, you wont regret it.

    Pros

    A large portion of the shares of the bank is owned BRAC, one of the largest NGO in the world. The noble values of BRAC heavily govern the values of the bank which makes the bank exceptional in many ways. The bank is also an active member of Global Alliance for Banking on Values. People, profit and planet remains in the core of guiding principle. Accordingly, the bank is pioneer in setting SME business in the country and it constantly strive to bringing the banking to the unbanked mass in a third world country like Bangladesh. Beside its leadership role in SME banking, the bank is equally competitive in all other traditional business wing. The bank is also known as one of the most tech-savvy banking in the country. The bank has a huge delivery channel through 466 touch point around the country. The work setting of the company makes the bank attractive for potential employees.

    Cons

    In the recent trend of crunch of capital adequacy bank as well struggles to low cost fund to constantly feed the asset growth of the company. Current economic condition of the country makes challenge of continual growth of asset and low cost liability harder. Change management and people management are the two areas where the organization has scope to improve.

    Advice to Management

    Management may engage professionals good at dealing with people management as well as expert to steer the change management successfully.
