I worked at BRD Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a solid bank, job security doesn't seem to be an issue. For most of the potions there is a good work-life balance, of course there are exceptions.

    Cons

The organization does not embrace change, employee initiative is not given special attention.
No transparency in management decisions and little opportunity for professional growth. Promotions done based on very subjective grounds.

    Advice to Management

Improve transparency, encourage change, create a common mission for the whole company. Encourage people to work together.

I have been working at BRD Group full-time

    Pros

Better prospects in the long term than a local company less (and no history) in terms of the possibility of a career in the field, a job in the long term (especially if you want to access a housing loan).
    A good place to learn.

    Cons

Lack of transparency at communicating new projects / structure modifications to the employees (except for top and middle management).
    Below average salaries.

    Advice to Management

Invest more (time, resources, attention) to your employee's needs - as they are the most valuable "assets" of your company.
