The products are unbelievable and brand is very strong among enthusiasts.
Aggressive targets and bonus compensation becomes very difficult to achieve.
Too many product lines makes it difficult to focus on growing all of them simultaneously.
Advice to Management
Expand product line for entry level consumer and allow compensation for salespeople to grow at the same pace of the company. I had a situation for several years that sales were going up but since targets were not achieved fully, my overall compensation was suffering.
