    Pros

    This company was the worst ever the benefits and pay were great

    Cons

    The environment was not welcoming and there was no advancement unless you hang out with the supervisor outside of the company

    Become one with your employees talk to them see what issues they have

    I have been working at BSH Home Appliances USA full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Most individuals know most of the local NC Emperors have no clothes. Most look the other way to keep the peace.

    Cons

    Local lore says BSH means BS happens. Tru dat. Current process includes passive aggressiveness, gaslighting,isolating majority thinkers to minority roles,ostriching and most forms of logical fallacies.

    Advice to Management

    Stop paying dot coms to suppress or delete negative product and workplace reviews. Stop paying for positive user review postings. Adopt BOSCH policies and methods across B/S/H. Shake it well. Reassign key employees, managers and directors to clean up current major problems. Many serious issues are due to poor processes of the past these employees caused.

    Great products Great Brands Very technically driven

    Cons

    Everything is controlled by Germany, no matter what they say all decisions still must go through them If you are not German you are treated as a second class citizen Coaching on how to improve is minimal by most managers Say one thing and act another especially by global management

    Do what you say. Realize that just because is was not invented in Germany that it is not a bad ieda

    Pros

    Good industry. Good coffee. And a company that makes solid products. They truly do make the best dishwashers in the world.

    Cons

    A lot of politics in the office, you have to know someone German in order to really move up. They don't promote from within. And if you want to get anywhere in your career, you basically have to spend a year or two in Berlin

    Advice to Management

    Try to promote from within. Learn to show appreciation to your employees. You need more career opportunities to offer to your people

    The pay is good. The hours are good and they have an excellent benefits package. work environment is also light for a high stress position

    Cons

    Taking over 60 calls a day with a good percentage of the customers being negative.

    Advice to Management

    There is nothing. BSH works hard to keep employees happy
