    No opinion of CEO

I worked at BT Financial Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You work with great colleagues. Big organisation so opportunities do arise regularly. Known as a leading product manufacturer. Barangaroo offices modern and sleek

    Cons

Low focus on their people. High staff turnover management doesn't care about staff turnover and loss of talent that goes with it. Lacks clear vision. Lots of people doing lots of projects but nothing ever seems to get done - frustrating

    Advice to Management

Walk the talk and actually deliver on your promises

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at BT Financial Group full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good Team environment Freedom to manage how you want and explore options. Accountability for your deliverables and how you achieved this

    Cons

Expect a lot from you for your role and pay. Some entry level team members appear to have an entitlement approach to their employment.

    Advice to Management

The scope of the role for managers is too broad for the pay and title you give. Some roles are underpaid for the job they do and other areas are paid way too much.
