    Flexible working , strong management team, respectful culture and international focus makes it great place to build a network . Lots of presence in South America

    Cons

    Pay plan , long sales cycles, lack of brand awareness and absence of marketing makes sales very difficult as often prospective customers don't know us.... churn of sales and sales managers over the years severely limits potential

    Advice to Management

    Invest in raising brand profile , as BT is absent from the market.... not known

    Lots of varied work. A lot of fast moving things happen all at once.

    Cons

    Fix internal web links. Take less time hiring people recommended by BT employees. Make the training opportunities process to be more streamlined.
