    Cons

-In the S.F. location, you get the tourist crowd who are always trying to cut corners and budget their money, so tips *can* be light. -The S.F. restaurant is 3 levels with ALOT of stairs; if you're not in at least average shape, you might collapse before the dinner rush begins. -Singing for lame birthday songs is sooo 1990's...and sooo Buca... -Bussers don't have to remove dishes from the table-that is the servers...

    Advice to Management

-Start having server meetings before the shift(s)...write/print out a note or something to pass out to the later shifts to get everyone on the same page every night...something. -Try to get the bussers more motivated. -Continue to have lines of communication open with employees.
