I worked at BVLGARI part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work part time. You receive gratis which includes perfume, cologn ,body washes and body creams. You get to try new fragrances from Bulgari before anyone else.

    Cons

Company constantly changes upper management. You dont know how many hours you will work until 3 weeks before the season starts.

    Advice to Management

If your willing to work hard there is always room to move into management. There is also plenty of locations in the united states if you were willing to relocate.

I worked at BVLGARI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great discounts on product
Location is great for shopping during lunch
Colleagues are overall nice and friendly
benefits are good, health insurance was pretty decently priced
    Connections to LVMH
    Resume builder
Everyone loves to leave at 5 exactly - the office is a ghost town

    Cons

No one knows how to pronounce the name of the company correctly unless you work here.
President eyes love to rove around the ladies in the office who want to be looked at, puts too much credence to them Somewhat sexist - my manager told me something extremely sexist the first day in the office and didn't think anything of it. No decent food in the local vicinity. Too much on style with no substance. Keep some people past 5 to finish up their job, someone else has to pick up the slack otherwise who is not paid hourly.

    Advice to Management

Need a new President, not normal that half the office left in a year.
