    Pros

It was an exciting atmosphere, a great culture, I absolutely loved my fun coworkers, flexible with my school schedule, and it had a few nice perks

    Cons

Working home games a lot of times meant I worked weekend nights and couldn't necessarily do other things I wanted to in terms of being social

    Advice to Management

I would have loved it if the players knew who I was. I worked in the office many hours per week and went to all the home games but it was a bit of a thankless job sometimes

I worked at BYU Athletics part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They consider the fact that I'm still in school, so they don't overload me or expect me to always want to work. They also let me work on homework during downtime. Its easy to move up, if you work hard they'll give you more responsibility.

    Cons

They have insanely high standards of conversation (can't talk about anything you couldn't speak to your 97 year old very religious grandmother about) and you have to wear their super modest uniform. I sweat like insane during the summer.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up a bit!

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at BYU Athletics as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love the atmosphere and culture that thrives there

    Cons

There are many employees that stay there that it is hard to find a job at BYU Athletics.

    Advice to Management

Expand and have the interns become a bigger part of the Athletics vision.
