I worked at Babson College full-time for more than 6 years

        Pros

        - Mission and impact on students - Colleagues are dedicated, intelligent, and innovative - Great benefits and perks from being on a lively campus - Entrepreneurial environment - encouraged to challenge the status quo

        Cons

        - As with most higher ed/nonprofit organizations, people resources are limited so a lot is asked of employees - Lack of alignment between leadership, faculty, and staff. Could be more transparency from leadership on institutional goals and strategy.
