I have been working at Baer Group The full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

CEO and President are very accessible. Projects are always through a Big Six systems integrator. Company pays well and on time. Client list is large, as is the consulting pool.

    Cons

It is a staff augmentation shop so there is no large-company structure for advancement. This may not be a con for most SAP consultants.

  2. "TBG is a good company to work with if you are an SAP consultant."

I have been working at Baer Group The full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hourly rate is not bad. They have a very good team and also they have good client managers. They are pretty much open about their policies.

    Cons

They terminate the employees once they are rolled off from their projects. They have only few clients and so the options for the consultants to continue working with TBG for a very long time is near impossible.

    Advice to Management

Try to build a good inhouse SAP team rather than depending completely on consultants.

    Cons

When I was laid off it seemed like the only contract they had was with Coca-Cola

    Advice to Management

    Expand your client base
