I worked at Bahama Breeze part-time for more than a year

      Pros

The pay was over $10. Scheduling was very flexible. Tattoos could be visible. Very clean and followed sanitation and cooking guidelines.

      Cons

No breaks, management was horrible, but the most appalling thing was the sexist attitudes which caused me to quit without notice. I worked at Bahama Breeze full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      None exist under the sun.

      Cons

Low pay, no breaks, terrible schedule, no benefits. Managers literally stand over your shoulder and bark orders at you.

      Advice to Management

Just because you went through the abuse to rise into a position where you work 70-plus hours a week to make $45,000 per year, does not give you the right to abuse the employees that work under you.
