    They are flexible with scheduling, somewhat.

    Cons

    Trash clientele when it comes to leaving gratuity, I have never worked at a restaurant where this is such a problem. It could be a table that had no issues or complaints, you'll just get 10-15%. Sometimes great service receives the deserved 20%, but it sucks when you have to tip out and aren't getting what you need to make ends meet. BTW they write the suggested 15%, 18%, and 20% on the bottom and it says "tip not included",...

    Advice to Management

    A safety net for stiff tipping would take the anxiety away from the situation and would prevent service from decreasing in value when things are not going well with a table. Would be nice since if we get stiffed, we lose money due to tip out.
