    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Bahauddin Zakariay University full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Well, the best that could happen to you when you're in a university is that you get in touch with the best the research world has to offer. You can always enhance your qualification or there are chances at least to enhance it at a later stage if not immediately.

    Cons

The worst is that you waste your life with people with almost no guts. People who are always concentrating on doing the worst sort of politics imaginable rather than doing some serious research work, the purpose they were hired for. It's like wasting your life in kicking a mountain at its toe.

    Advice to Management

The management is not worth any advice whatsoever.
