    Pros

    Peer pressure is high, which could be one of the cons. Much work overtime (general issue in IT industry in China). The office is far away from the city centre, if you want to enjoy a decent Friday night, that would be very hard.

    Cons

    Great tech leader in China, many pioneer technologies, and good environment for geeks. Good atmosphere in tech share across different teams and departments. The food in the canteen is good.

    Advice to Management

    The management is generally good, of very high efficiency. The communication between workers and management team is effective and efficient in my team.

    Baidu is one of the biggest IT company in China. The company's nickname is wolves, every wolf has its own task and responsibility. We have Sharing meeting every week, it is really useful, we can learn a lot from each other.

    The general situation of Chinese IT companies, work overtime every day to midnight.
