    great name in Asia with same level of benfits.

    Cons

    other than above Pros, no reason to work in this company. HQ folks are full of corruption, especially mid-senior level folks.

    Advice to Management

    Robin, take good and clean care of corrupted money suckers under your management.

    Pros

    Good to get to use the latest technologies to solve big problem for China massive users.

    Cons

    No solid company culture, but just yeld internally for so called "wolf culture" from China base, however, too much internal fight instead of fighting outside.
    many senior management and executives are lack of vision and management experiences, did not respect employee too much, even insult or yeld at employee during meeting

    Respect more for employee

    In China, working in baidu is a good choice, because if you work in baidu, you can learn many skills and iprove your ability.

    I think baidu is far away from its faith, because it focus on making money.

    salary is good, relationship among colleagues are good, there are many younger people in the company and they have a lot of interesting ideas.

    culture is not strong enough, do not put customer at the first. satisfaction of employee is low,

    great reputation as a Google in China, second largest search engine in the world, third largest internet company after Google and Amazon

    Cons

    Do not have a strategy, mid level managements are even corrupted. folks may work hard individually just to meet up KPIs, but with team.... guys are texting, surfing, messaging, emailing stuffs for all good two hours per day.
