    Big company, much to learn.
    Food is good, although not free, but cheap.
    Direct managers were nice.

    The money was so less, even for a graduate student.
    The departments were unstable.

    I have been working at Baidu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The team here is great. Baidu is one the best IT companies in China. I learned a lot here and improved a lot here.

    Cons

    The managemant in baidu is not very well. Maybe just my leader. my leader is not very well good at management. I lead a small team to do some development. The opportunity is great. But lack of vision and plan, sometimes I lost.

    To be more teamwork

    You can learn a lot of skills about developing here especially you were just graduated from school.

    Cons

    You will be embezzle annual bonus every year whether you've done a good job!!

    Do NOT embezzle your employee's annual bonus!! Keep simple and relyable!!
