I worked at Bain Capital full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great company with excellent facilities and above average benefits. Most people are dedicated and helpful and you'll learn a lot by working on challenging projects.

    Cons

Beware of joining IT Development. Initial salary and benefits offered would seem much better than any other employer... but take caution. You'll soon find yourself working in impossible situations putting in 2x effort - 24x7 for most of your time with this company. If anyone is thinking of joining then make sure you;re paid at least 75 to 100 percent higher than what the market offers to make your time and efforts compensated .

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to how teams are run in IT.

    Pros

    Good salary
    Great retirement
    Nice location

    Cons

If you are Finance or IT you are treated like the help and there is no advancement so I hope you like the job you come it at.

    Advice to Management

Could you make Shared Services feel like they are important to the firm, because it wouldn’t run without them.
