    Pros

Very interesting job, great team, great salary. Was very satisfied from everything that the company had to offer. Great experience.

    Cons

The job is a bit stressful and they have long hourse. But that really is not too bad. If you have the chance, go work there.

    Advice to Management

Everything you are doing is just amazing and great. There is nothing I can say to advice, except continue in the same way as always!

    Pros

    - High learning curve
    - Great people
    - Lots of exposure to industries and business problems

    Cons

    - For every one good project, you're likely to get 2 to 3 okay to bad ones
    - Travel can be excessive
    - Limited ability to focus in an industry

    Advice to Management

Emphasize coaching and train CTLs/Managers/Partners how to be good coaches, not good critics

    Pros

People are smart and very friendly. Great culture. Good place to learn. Very little office politics. They focus on developing their people. Work/life balance not always perfect, but they try very hard.

    Cons

Hours can be long at times. Experience varies a lot based on case. McKinsey and BCG may pay marginally better.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! I'll continue telling friends to apply whether out of college or an MBA program. Community is great.

    Pros

Bain takes its training very seriously, and I could not imagine having a better group of colleagues than the people with whom I worked at Bain.

    Cons

You have no control over the industry in which you work, and, often, it seems that senior management has little concern for team sustainability.

    Advice to Management

Target recruiting such that you are not looking for the "best" people as you have defined it, but the people whose interest most closely with the work they'll doing at Bain, to reduce burnout.
