I worked at Baja Fresh full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They give a lot of hours, you get to learn a fast paced job and basically learn how to do everythinf on your own.

    Cons

The management there at Baja unfortunately is horrible. There is never a schedule. The owners have a hard time getting their employees in everyday because they simply are out of hand and dont know how to run a restaurant.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on the looks of the restaurant and focus on areas where you can imprive the restaurant and nit fail a heakth inspection.

I worked at Baja Fresh (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is a job and all of the employees are very nice and helpful to new workers. The boss (Jamiil) treats his employees well and is flexible with your schedule.

    Cons

You have to stand for hours upon hours at a time. The place gets hot and you sweat, and there are certain rush hours at lunch and at dinner where it gets extremely busy.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees a little more than minimum wage. They would work harder and the turnover rate wouldn't be so high.
