    Pros

Baker Hughes was a great company to work for. Good management, great products/services and an outstanding culture.

    Cons

The failed merger (acquisition) by Halliburton really hurt Baker Hughes. Everyone was preoccupied with merger activities and employee engagement suffered.

    Advice to Management

Move on for this. Hopefully the GE acquisition will be a GOOD thing.
Don't forget about the workers this time!
