    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Baker Hughes full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It always has been a good place to work.

    Cons

Senior management above VP level has disconnected from the rest of the company. They're more interested in selling off the company and getting their golden parachutes than they are in running the company. They've taken a $5 billion company and turned it into a $2 billion company.

    Advice to Management

Take the $3 billion that you got from Halliburton and reinvest the money back into the business like you're supposed to. Quit lining your own pockets with the company's money. You have screwed over your employees in a very bad downturn long enough.
