    Pros

Fancy office; great benefit; location is good Work itself wasn’t bad, plenty of room for my own decision

    Cons

My boss reports to a director who flew out from New York. The director took our team to her private club and pretty much talked about her lavish lifestyle throughout the lunch. She never cared about our team or anyone. We all left a year later.

COVID-19 is still in session! Why can’t senior leadership see that!

    Pros

Down Town Tampa view! Benefit package -health insurance, 401k etc. Great employees as well.

    Cons

Senior leadership in the Tampa office is trash along with whom ever came up with this 2-2-1 nonsense! I think senior leadership is very deceptive especially when it comes to those anonymous servys. They keep saying employees want to come back in the office but in January of 2022 when they said it was optional no one was there but the secretaries! The decided to open back up the office for the 2-2-1 and covid stopped by the office first week in April. Why? Because they life the office restriction and force both healthy and unhealthy employees back in the office under fatal circumstances. These company and their senior leadership are the worst for they pretend as if they care about their employees when they really do not. They are having visitors from all of the country and internationally visiting the office without a care in the work for their at risk employees because at this point it a force to come in the office. The risk assessment is not up to the employee. People react differently in this pandemic (that is very much in session) where the company is for force those who care about the effects of their their health in the pandemic to be around those who maybe not care about the effect…it a death sentence to some of us(so fo you really care?)

    Honest Company Review

Mar 31, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Tampa, FL

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Great Global Company with awesome benefits. High level corporate commitment to diversity in all forms and general focus on encouraging employees to be great citizens within the work atmosphere.

    Cons

Your experience at Baker is only as good as the management team that you work under. There is no accountability for bad actors. Condescending interactions with HR stifles atmosphere of approachability. Local branch seems to elicit employee opinion, but ignore the feedback that doesn't tie in to the direction that they have pre-set.
