    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Baker Motor Company full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone is friendly
Pay is good if you're good at selling cars
They have a draw pay structure so if you don't meet the draw you will still earn a minimum amount
If you demonstrate determination and effort there are ways to move up
    The benefits are wonderful

    Cons

If you don't sell many cars in a month it can be hard to live off of the draw if you have a lot of expenses
Parking can be difficult as well but at least that means there's a ton of inventory to sell

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Baker Motor Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working with some of the best products in the business, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Jaguar, Maserati

    Cons

Owner greed is wrecking what could be a great company.

    Advice to Management

Fight more for employee pay and benefits. Taking away health, sick pay, and holiday benefits to pay for jets and yachts is upsetting to all employees.
