I worked at Baker & Enright full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great learning experience, good bosses, fair workload and billing requirements. You'll learn everything there is to know about litigation, at least up to the actual trial. You'll have a firm handle on motion practice, discovery and eventually depositions.

    Cons

Limited growth potential, low pay, and small firm doesn't do much for resume. Most likely you will never actually take a case to trial. This is more of a policy of firm clients, not bosses.

    Advice to Management

    Higher pay would be great
