I worked at Bakers Shoes full-time

    Pros

Great discount with flexible working schedule. Productive but fun working environment.

    Cons

Company does not listen when you tell them people are stealing even after sending photos with over 15 pairs of shoes on "hold".

    Advice to Management

If someone has the audacity to steal company supplies in front of their team what are they doing behind the scenes? It's a huge problem when someone is stealing so often that part timers are coming to the assistant manager to ask if the store manager actually purchased those items.

I worked at Bakers Shoes full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Organized. Structured. Free Shoes. Listened to employees who showed genuine, disciplined effort. Promoted from within.

    Cons

Not progressive. Too much promotion from within. Not everyone was qualified to be in their roles (or, there would have definitely been more qualified candidates out there). Paid well if you showed results. $18,000 salary increase in 2 years.
