    Pros

Great company to work for but future may not be so bright. They were recently bought out by competitor.

    Cons

As stated above, they may be closing their doors in the very near future which doesn't leave much room for optimism.

    Advice to Management

Stop hiring so many upper level management and focus on what has made the company successful for 60 years.

    Pros

The pay is great. The employers work with you to find the best salary they can afford. They usually take into consideration the bills you have to pay, the amount of people you support, everything essential, in an effort to give you the easiest time possible. Most times I've heard, an employee gets several dollars HIGHER than what they were expecting.
The jobs are simple, very little thought is needed in the warehouse. It would get boring sometimes, if there weren't any orders to be filled (rarely) or you finished on time, but you had a few employees who would make up for that- ones on your "level" and those higher, some who genuinely seemed to care how you were doing.

    Cons

Most have to go through a temp service for 90 days before being hired on. Bakery Crafts can terminate your employment at any time, without warning causing some problems for those who needed the money. Also, most of the employees are middle aged and have been working there for years. That in itself, is not a problem, but some do have the tendency to become too comfortable with where they are and feel they can say/do whatever it is they'd like because of that seniority. Unfortunately, while I was there, a wonderful woman was laid off. Her job required her to stand but through the years of standing eight hours a day, her knees and ankles hurt. They fired her and told her to "come back when you can stand and do your job".

    Advice to Management

Add more employees to help the older ones
