    Pros

Good Pay good benefits. Good people to work for.

    Cons

Management wont hold any one responsible for screw ups. Some people are loyal to the company and the one that are not need to find some where else to work.

    Advice to Management

Make the people responsible for their work and maybe they will start to care about what they do and if not tell them to hit the road.

Not very much time for yourself away from work. Long Hours, and hard work. Lots of overtime that is mandtory.

    Advice to Management

Try not to forget about the employees. Its 120 degrees in the plant sometimes, and I feel like you forget about how hot it is to stay out there 12 hours a day.
