    Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits, Good Work/Life Balance

    Cons

Talent management needs a lot of work. Very few people have a clear career track. Most get stuck in the same job until they either retire or leave the company because of lack of advancement opportunities

    Pros

Good salary and conditions but can be . A Harvard base ideology . So a very profit based share holder philosophy not a as they say a caring company look at how many plants have been closed .

    Cons

Cons money based company for profit for CEO and affiliated coherts

    Advice to Management

Think of all the people who have given you years of service. Not to fill CEOs shares purely greed so times . Like now with your buy back policy with your failed Rexham monopoly from Europe with your 12 plant sell off. Always going to happen . Intentional or not . Harvard ??? Are they training the right way on bussiness get David back please.

    Pros

It is a fast growing company with a global footprint. You will get the opportunity to work with a very diverse team in any division you are part of. It is one of the few companies where you can use the products in everyday life from a can of beer or soda to spraying deodorant as you get ready for work.

    Cons

Recent changes in the food can market has made for hard economic conditions in that division. Layoffs and management changes have damaged the trust between the company and the high performers. Some decisions are focused more on cost cutting versus supporting a growth mind set to get past the economic challenges currently in the marketplace.

    Advice to Management

Invite more questions to the table on the major projects otherwise costly mistakes will happen. Remember the Ball Values is what makes the company strong.
