    Decent Benefits, with decent pay.

    Cons

    Diversity is a lie because there is no equality. No production leadership, no training and no higher paying jobs for women. They want the few women in can plant production to keep their mouths shut.

    Advice to Management

    Allow women to be both General Supervisors and Production Supervisors. Give them equal training and equal opportunities as you do the men.

    Nepotism, Management is dictating and does what they want, when they want.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring only family and friends and give others the opportunity to get in. Listen to employees rather than making compulsive decisions based on how you feel that day.

    Unrealistic work loads, too much favoritism, crazy place to work but if you can deal with high stress and extreme pressure you should be ok.

    Build an environment of open communication and trust. Too much favoritism and lying going on, no trust
