If you like skincare products then you will like working here with international skincare brands. You can meet some nice people working there in the call centre and in the office.
Low pay. There's no company culture. Bad management at all levels always looking to blame others for mistakes. Stressful at times. You rarely hear anyone saying "good job".
Advice to Management
Trust your employees. Pay better and offer more support. Don't be negative.

Dynamic atmosphere which allows for a person at any level or department to shine through in any area of skill, regardless of job title.
Good direct management, personable and attentive to employees needs.
Small company, so the CEO is very involved, which can be a negative for certain positions.
Large variety of projects on the go, hard to focus due to a very dynamic environment.
Salary levels are at par with country-wide standards, but not with regional standards.
Flexibility, innovative, working with good brands. It is definitely a place where you can gain fundamental experience to work in larger environments.
You will not have good pay, nor good benefits.
