      Pros

Competitive salary, excellent benefits, great company activities, innovative company, great products, opportunities to work with co-workers around the world, work-life balance depends on the department you are in.

      Great Place to Grow!!

      Pros

Bally is the industry leader in Gaming Systems and Tables. Very stable company, no fear of the company going under. The Sr. Management encourages promotion from within, so you can advance your career quite well if you're hungry!

      Cons

The expectation is that you get the job done, regardless of how many hours it takes to succeed... this can lead to a strain in the work-life balance. Also, the downside of them promoting from within, is that they don't have to pay as high of salaries to those who are being promoted.

      Pros

-Generous salary -Travel to fun destinations (Las Vegas, Bahamas, Aruba, Palm Springs, Florida, Puerto Rico, California) while staying in luxurious accommodations -Fun colleagues -Car service to airport -Decent health benefits

      Cons

-Micromanaging managers -You're viewed as a body/resource to throw at clients -Limited work/life balance; no regard for amount of time on the road away from family -Expected to work 12+ hours, 7 days -"Here's the manual, figure it out or call someone" training methodology -Travel to crappy destinations (Tunica, Middle-of-nowhere OK, Middle-of-nowhere LA) while staying in hotels with roaches and bedbugs -2000's era flip phone issued as company cell phone -Limited growth potential unless you kiss-up -Empty promises

Need to slow down and remember what's important

      Pros

Stable company, leading technology with some talented individuals working at the lower levels. Hopefully the acquisition leadership added will help with the past legal issues.

      Cons

Growing too fast, top level leadership have questionable ethics, all locations are treated differently with no overall company goal or culture. Promotions and increases go to those in the "in" crowds. No work/life balance. Many personal relationships fueling the business decisions. Comp and promotions not consistent among all locations. Good employees are worked hard and there seem to be no concern when they leave.

      Cons

      1. No work life balance at all (11 hours+ per day) 2. You will get laid off if you are a US citizen eventually, if you are H1B or US Citizen with Indian background you are safe. 3. Replaced almost all US citizens with H1B workers from India 4. You need to attend long hours meeting at night with India
