    Didn't give the legal breaks

    Advice to Management

    Care more about your employees, especially ones working in kids club (giving breaks, making sure there is a legal ratio of kids)

    Pros

    Working here was a good experience. Good clientele, competent leadership, decent co-workers and location. I felt part of a team.

    Cons

    Pushed to do sales whi h is not my forte, nor why I chose to work here. Sadly this facility closed shortly thereafter.

    Check up on trainers qualifications

    Pros: Great experience, good to start as a trainer, learn the industry and sales tactics

    Cons

    Cons: Sales job, no one cared how you actually trained. All the manager's cared about was sales and how much revenue you could make.

    Pros

    Great opportunity to learn how to assume the role of manager. Freedom to make decisions without involving upper management. Learned a lot about sales/

    Cons

    revolving door for employees. The hours were absolutely terrible. No work life balance. Sales quotas were stressful. Payroll system was a nightmere
