    Pros

I enjoyed the dynamic job setting and challenge of dealing with a wide variety of clients.

    Cons

Pay structure is such that a slow week can wipe out over half your income for the month.

    Advice to Management

Even out the Personal Trainer pay structure so Trainers get paid for actual hours worked and not through some convoluted formula.

    Pros

Promotions based on earning them. Started as a trainer, moved to club sales, moved to corporate sales, promoted to corp sales manager, relocated across the country to manage a 3 state territory. All top company execs were professiopnal and fair.

    Cons

If you can't handle quota pressure this is not your deal. High pressure end of month closeouts are the norm. Hero on the 31st of yhe month, goat on the 1st of the next month. Some club mgrs were having trysts with their staff mambers... not good. Some ex employees gave 2 week notices and left on good terms, but were not eligible for rehire 5 years later. Don't know what that's about.

    Advice to Management

You need stricter oversight with your club managers to cease the employee trysts.
