    Pros

You get a job security if you're enrolled as a full-time. The people are extremely friendly, and you will always get notified for any kind of activities. The funding is low, so yes you'll be surprised when going from private sector, however the job second benefits is definitely a plus. And depending on your work, there's a high chance of rising in the job.You get a job security if you're enrolled as a full-time.
