    Pros

    I am a teamplayer who has certifications in medical billing and coding, data entry, and word processing. I believe in not only meeting the patient's needs, but exceeding them as well.

    Cons

    Always putting the Employuers' needs and expectations first.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Pros

    Helping those in need and have some flexibility to make changes in system and suggest / implement improvements. If you like sitting around a lot it's a good job but I hate doing that and watching time drag by.

    Cons

    Low pay as you'd expect in non-profit but well below. Lose way too many good staff for this and other issues. It's hit and miss a lot, you're either so bored that's there's nothing to do even when you try to find something to do or its slammed beyond belief. Not much of a happy medium.

    Advice to Management

    Understand salary will be lower working at non-profit but need to do something to keep best staff. People leaving are the best ones in company,

    The team of nurses and MAs work well as team

    Cons

    Upper management is very bias and how they treat particular staff members giving preferential treatment to certain staff members. There is lack of professionalism within the company it can be compared to an "good old boys club". If u want to have a healthy productive working experience and environment this company isn't for you.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe u should rethink the choice made for your new CMD as I believe she is not the appropriate choice for this position as her mode of practice as it pertains to staff is highly unprofessional, unethical and bias. This is spoken from experience in working with this individual.

    The company lacks trust in upper management and advancement opportunities.

    Salaries should be more compatible with other companies.

    Immediate staff was very supportive and hard working

    Cons

    Lack of professionalism, Upper Management discuss staff personal situations amongst one another and not in a positive light as to provide assistance but in a way to degrade staff. They tend to be selective as to whom they choose to assist. For lack of a better term its a good ole boys club.

    Advice to Management

    Be supportive to ALL staff members not just the ones you pick or deem and/or labeled as "favorites".

    Working with the community and a few of my coworkers became great friends!!

    Cons

    Leadership and management within the company is a joke. Unprofessional. No room for growth. Cheap. Staff undertrained. Extremely high staff turnover rate. Focused Feedback sucks!

    Advice to Management

    Stop pointing fingers at staff for your faults. Stop lying and putting on airs. Being crass and rude is counter productive. Ineffective leadership within SBH and the company as a whole will run you out of business sooner than you can bat an eye. Be mindful of the good staff that you have that you are losing on a regular basis. Be respectful.

    I have been working at Baltimore Medical System full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some of the patients and staff are sweet heart..thats about it.

    Cons

    They are very very cheap, Complains about their employees getting overtime or clocking in too early or clocking out too late if the MA and Doctor may fall behind. Some of the co-workers are very rude and very very unprofessional. Some people get away with a lot when it comes to policies of the clinic, while others get written up supended or even fired if one little mistake is made. This place may be ok when your straight out of school but it is the worst when your here for more than 6 months and see cons of it all.

    Needs better management
