Pros
The best thing about BambooHR and the company's superpower is its people. We spend a lot of time with coworkers and oftentimes, we see them more than we see our families. My experience at BambooHR has been that the people are exceptional and that they try to really work and live by the company values. BambooHR's mission and company values are discussed so often and they are at the center of the business decisions made. I am without a doubt not just a better professional, but also a better person as a result of working at BambooHR for as long as I have.
Cons
Change is hard and at BambooHR, change is constant because it's a fast-growing company. However, to the right type of person, this is challenging, fun, and can be a very attractive component of their job.

Pros
Best company I have ever worked for (for real). They truly care about their employees and people there love and have the passion to work for the company. Flexible and most roles are remote/hybrid.
Cons
Remote work may limit some team building time.
Hi! Interested in the HR/Payroll Tech space with a background in sales & account management especially with previous experience in staffing/healthcare. Looking at different companies such as Gusto, Rippling, BambooHR, Zenefits, Paylocity, etc. and I see several remote (U.S.) sales (AE/AM) roles that stick out. Would anyone be open to providing a referral in any of these spaces?
