Pros
I highly recommend working for Gap Inc./ Banana Republic. They truly care about the growth and development of their employees and offer a huge work life balance. I have yet to find a job as great as this one and often wish I never left.
Cons
There really were no cons of working here except for that I spent so much money on clothes (by choice).

Fantastic for career development.
Oct 5, 2016 - Associate Manager in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great team environment and platform to develop and grow within the brand. Infrastructure and resources are great. Support from regional manager also very good and felt they were approachable, which is always nice. Small brand in the UK so as a manager, felt like I had real involvement in many areas of the business.
Cons
Extremely high pressure to succeed, as a manager in stores, you have all of the responsibility but little authority to make changes which is extremely frustrating. Bonus completely not achievable and therefore no incentive. Very little work/life balance and you are expected to be married to the job. Salary not great.
