    Great managers and directors
    Great career opportunity
    Performance review every six months
    Wonderful colleagues and high net worth clients

    Cons

    Very stressful during rush hours
    Management level requires a lot of overtime
    Goals can be overwhelming
    Not a big turnover

    Pros

    Good place to learn. As an entry level I had various opportunities to learn.

    Cons

    Doesn't matter how much you learn or how much work load is added to you, there is no increasing salary.

    Advice to Management

    Some coaching and leadership development should be provided for the managers.

    low salary, very bad culture, no respect for employers, they always try to put you down.

    Pros

    Great benefits. Somewhat stingy on vacation days but strong on health care and insurances benefits

    Cons

    Management in US doesn't really understand the US market.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, including management.

    Friendly atmosphere.

    It feels like a second family.

    Compensation is outstanding (401K, medical, dental insurance)! They even pay for your school, MBA, courses, etc.

    Cons

    The only con I have about Banco Bradesco in New York-NY is that the salary is below market.

    Pay could be improved.

    good brand name for banking and if you are interested in emerging markets

    Cons

    company is not doing well---brazil is a lot less appealing now

    High exposure to the partners

    Cons

    All decisions are centralized . The main partner take all decisions and don´t leave gaps for the younger employees

    Allow employees to present deals opportunities and techinical training

    If you don't want to push yourself to a higher level and is not willing to give your maximun effort on a company, that's your place.

    Cons

    Chaotic organization, poor leadership, bad project selling and management. No career plan at all.

    Open yourselves and see what market is offering

    good salary, good benefits and has a certain stability

    Cons

    beards are not allowed, except for mustaches (bizarre rule), traditional company where innovation is almost fiction, the best talents leave the company and managers always think they know something

    Open your mind, we are in a new century. you should Retain talent through various benefits
