    Pros

    Good place to learn. As an entry level I had various opportunities to learn.

    Cons

    Doesn't matter how much you learn or how much work load is added to you, there is no increasing salary.

    Advice to Management

    Some coaching and leadership development should be provided for the managers.

    Pros

    Great benefits. Somewhat stingy on vacation days but strong on health care and insurances benefits

    Cons

    Management in US doesn't really understand the US market.

    good brand name for banking and if you are interested in emerging markets

    Cons

    company is not doing well---brazil is a lot less appealing now

    A long run carrer, a LOT of training available to all employees, stability at the job, friendly ambience with room for growning.

    Cons

    REALY long run carrer, little chances to achieve the top positions and the diversity is low considered at all departments.

    Pros

    Massive opportunity to learn and grow each day.
    Working with many different applications. Swift 1, 2, 3 and objective C. Good to learn about financial business.

    Apps go to store without a great planning, development time and project organization.
    Politics and old process killing quality.

    Management should review all process and evaluate how to get an exciting mobile experience to clients.

    Very solid company. Good environment.
    Employees are encouraged to have a self development behaviour with training sessions available in the Intranet.

    Cons

    Obsolete people management culture. Lack of meritocracy. Decisions take more then average. Salaries are under market average.
