    low salary, very bad culture, no respect for employers, they always try to put you down.

    I have been working at Banco Bradesco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work experience. You get to meet people from all walks of life, some of them you'd never imagine working with, but it enriches your career if you know how to control yourself.

    Cons

    Compensation policy. Once approved for a new position, your wage won't immediately increase. It can take up to 2 years before getting paid what has been promised during the hiring process. Most people are unsatisfied, but don't leave the company due to family commitments.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your customers, internal and external.

    Pros

    There were absolutely no pros at this company once Bradesco acquired HSBC.

    Cons

    Extreme disrespect with staff
    Very low skilled management

    Pros

    Good benefits. It was the only positive point when I worked there, unfortunately.

    Cons

    The employees do not help each other, terrible environment to work

    If you have another opportunity in another company, avoid to work at Bradesco

    good brand name for banking and if you are interested in emerging markets

    Great benefits. Somewhat stingy on vacation days but strong on health care and insurances benefits

    Cons

    Management in US doesn't really understand the US market.

    Good place to learn. As an entry level I had various opportunities to learn.

    Cons

    Doesn't matter how much you learn or how much work load is added to you, there is no increasing salary.

    Advice to Management

    Some coaching and leadership development should be provided for the managers.
