    Pros

GOOD LIFE/WORK BALANCE, HAPPY WORK ENVIRONMENT, SIZE OF THE BANK OPEN DOORS TO MANY DEALS

    Cons

Low wages for areas, specially for not core (legal, marketing, human resources) let to high turnover and to low level of these services on capital markets.

I worked at Banco Bradesco full-time

    Pros

2nd biggest bank in Brazil, bunch of officies in every city, good career development plan

    Cons

One of the worst HR I ever seen, the salarie is low compared to other players, takes at least 3 years to get promoted

    Advice to Management

I would go for that again. It is not the best place but the people are nice. You wont find a lot of pressure as the others players.
