I worked at Banco De Oro full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Good working environment. Fun and smart people. No politics within your peers. - Work exposure is good. You will learn a lot because BDO has very good accounts - High pay. Their rate is similar with multinational companies (or possibly higher)

    Cons

    - Quotas. 100% is not enough - Treated as machines and not as human beings. I guess that’s why their no 1 - Didn’t like their response to the pandemic. Safety was not prioritized.
