    Pros

    Working for this company is a good stepping stone to the industry. Since it is the largest local bank, it has the systems to support its operations. Reasonable work hours.

    Cons

    You might have to handle the concerns of some of the departments even if it's not your forte.

    Pressure is bearable and it is always nice to work underpressure. What is important? is that the colleagues are friendly as if you where family.

    Volume of transactions, irrate clients due to massive increase of client because of good services we rendered.
