    That used to be a good place to work with a lot of benefits for employees. Nowadays, it is a stressful environment to work. They created a kind of competition for an individual prise that makes impossible to work as team.

    Good relashionship, benefits. You can manage work and personal life very easily

    Cons

    Too much hierarchy, some bosses don't act with leadership. They change management a lot.

    Advice to Management

    Some bosses assume their positions with no other option to be more technical. The result is a lot of technical people who doesn't know how to manage having team problems to lead.

    Pros

    There is really good people working here, which support a continuous learning process. Moreover, the bank is trying to support a digital evolution process which surely will create very interesting new opportunities.

    Cons

    The company has very complex intern processes for getting data, getting tools and so on. Slow process for career evolution, very burocratical!

    Pros

    I worked at Itau Unibanco Holding for almost 10 years. But I would say the most inspiring years have been the last 6. At corporate banking I really got to know how small and big businesses work. I Learned from a vast number of industries, networking with business men from all kind of fields.

    Cons

    Bureaucracy, heavy procedures, corporate governance, rigidness.
    And the fact that I'm quite restless, and I needed to look forward to more challenges,
