    Pros

    Great benefits. The company is huge and you can traverse into different areas and learn a lot from different contexts.

    Cons

    Too much command-and-control management and culture. Experimentation is a taboo, as failures are not well seen.

    Advice to Management

    Middle management is not aligned with current directions of the company. Micromanagement isn't the way. There must be a better way of treating our employees as adults, by trusting them.
